4. Return Process

- Provide order number, invoice copy, and images/videos of the product.
- Our team will verify the request within 2–4 business days.
- Upon approval, return instructions will be shared.
Products should not be returned without prior approval.
5. Replacement Policy

- Replacement is subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
